🎯 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
System Design & Development
- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
- Own services end-to-end (development → deployment → production)
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability
Engineering & Delivery
- Improve development workflows and deployment processes
- Contribute to better engineering practices and system architecture
- Troubleshoot production issues and enhance system stability
Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with product and business teams
- Mentor junior developers and support their growth
- Help raise the overall engineering standards of the team
✨ The Perfect Candidate Profile:
Core Engineering
- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar)
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and data modeling
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Engineering & Delivery
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
- Familiar with Docker or container-based environments
- Basic understanding of infrastructure, networking, and system reliability
Work Style
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Thinks beyond code — understands systems and trade-offs
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
⭐️ Nice to Have
Advanced Systems
- Experience with microservices or distributed systems
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
Domain Experience
- Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or ERP
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
